Ingredients

  • 1 qt milk in double boiler scalded
  • ½ cup sugar
  • cup Minute Tapioca

Unlisted Ingredients in Recipe

  • 1 egg yolk beaten
  • 1 egg white beaten
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • peach halves enough to line a dish
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  • Boil [listed ingredients] 5 or 10 minutes and add 1 egg yolk (beaten). Boil until thick.
  • Take off stove and add 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla.
  • Add beaten white of egg.
  • Line a dish with peach halves and pour pudding over this.
  • Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
