Yummy Bars
Ingredients
- 50 caramels
- ⅔ cup evaporated milk
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 8 oz pkg chocolate chips
- walnuts optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Melt caramels with ⅓ cup evaporated milk.
- Mix the cake mix with ⅓ cup evaporated milk. and melted butter.
- Press half of cake mixture into bottom of pan. Bake 6 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts over the top. Pour melted caramels over that.
- Use remaining cake mixture to cover the top.
- Bake another 20 minutes.
