Baked Chow Mein
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small pkg chow mein noodles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Saute hamburger, onion, celery and green pepper and put in casserole.
- Add mushroom soup, chicken gumbo soup, soy sauce and cooked rice.
- Add chow mein noodles just before putting in the oven.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
Notes
May substitute a can of mixed vegetables for chicken gumbo soup.
