Ingredients

  • ¾ cup wild rice cooked
  • 4 slices bacon cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • ½ green pepper diced
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • 1 small can mushrooms drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Cook wild rice per package directions.
  • Saute bacon, green pepper and onion until done; add to rice, seasonings and mushrooms.
  • Stir in soup. Bake in covered casserole dish 15 minutes.
