Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • ½ lb dry shell pasta
  • ¾ cup baby dill pickles sliced
  • cup Cheddar cheese diced
  • 3 tbsp white onion diced fine
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • ½ cup pickle juice

Dressing

  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Boil pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, drain and cool.
  • Let pasta sit in ½ cup pickle juice.
  • Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl.
  • Drain pickle juice from noodles and discard.
  • Combine all ingredients including the dressing in a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
