Cold Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 8 lbs potatoes
- 2 cups Miracle Whip
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- 6 tbsp sugar
- ΒΌ cup cider vinegar
- 5 hard cooked eggs diced
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 stalks celery diced
- Dill pickles chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Cook and cool potatoes; cut into cubes. Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Can garnish with some of the eggs and radishes.
Notes
Serves about 25.
