Ingredients

  • 8 lbs potatoes
  • 2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 2 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • ΒΌ cup cider vinegar
  • 5 hard cooked eggs diced
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • Dill pickles chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Cook and cool potatoes; cut into cubes. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Can garnish with some of the eggs and radishes.

Notes

Serves about 25.
